Nancy Clark

My name is Nancy Clark, proud mother of 6 year old Olivia and 5 year old Jade. I live in Dallas, Texas; I'm originally from Quebec, Canada. I'm fluently bilingual; my native tongue is French. My passion is fitness and helping others to achieve their fitness goals. I have been in the fitness field for over 12 years now and am enjoying every minute of it. I am very energetic. When I'm not teaching, I love to hang out with my husband and two girls. We love to ride our bikes, go hiking, skiing; to wind down, I love to garden, read, and watch movies. Some of the formats that I teach are Step (advanced choreography is what sets me apart), Cardio Kickbox, Hi-Lo, Sculpting, Treadmill, Interval Training, Gravity, Bosu, Cycling, Pilates, Water Aerobics and Hydrocycle.
