Lauren Shaw

Hello, my name is Lauren, and I love to dance!  I am a certified Zumba instructor who loves to see her students having fun while getting fit.  I was always involved in cheerleading and the dance team in school, and now, many years later, I have found my way back to it.  I also love to run, either on trails or just chasing after my kids outside.  I think if you enjoy exercising you will stick with it.  And that is what I love sharing with students, is the joy of moving and having fun while doing something good for themselves.
