Seth Perrier

Hi! My name is Seth, I'm a fun, energetic trainer who enjoys what he does very much. I've been a three sport athlete my who life and am continually involved in anything fitness related. I've done warrior runs, Tough mudders, Airborne school (military) and played collegiate baseball. I've been in the military for 5 years now and continue to lead my unit in P.T every year. There's nothing more satisfying then working with a person to better their overall health in life and generally just feel better. Right now I work in a Health and Wellness where I head up my own personal training program, working with chiropractic patients, recovering physical therapy patients, sport rehab patients, Olympic athletes, general weight loss clients or aspiring high school athletes. No matter what the clientele, I'll be able to bend and mold a tailored workout to whatever needs. I currently also run a bootcamp , anywhere from 5-25 people. and still growing!
