I have been teaching fitness since 1990. I stated teaching step in college in exchange for a gym membership. Years later (after having 4 children) I got back into group instruction. I felt like I need more of a challenge and got into yoga and pilates. I love teaching these classes. I enjoy seeing the results of my students. I consistently attend trainings and workshops to further my knowledge.
