I have practiced for over 25 years.   Teaching for over six years one of Corepower's first studios, I have advanced to teaching to multiple studios around the Twin Cities. I have my own  business focusing on restaurant staff. I bring yoga to the restaurant.I am certified in hot, yin, Vinyasa  I teach beginner and advanced training.  I'm passionate about teaching body mind and spirit. My classes reflect that and are challenging to the body mind and spirit of the student. My practice is as important as my teaching. As serious as I am about the power of a yoga practice of ALL people, I authentically bring levity to the class with a sense of humor and playful edge.
