I have taught group fitness for the past 15 years. I absolutely love teaching TurboKick, kickboxing and step classes. Of course, cardio workouts aren't complete without strength, toning and stretching, so I have been teaching Cardio Sculpt classes, PiYo and Mind Body as well as HIIT, BootCamp and Plyometric classes to round out my participants. I have taught in Orange County California, Chicago and most currently in Raleigh, NC.
