I have been an IFBB professional for 12 years.  My husband and I train fitness enthusiast for contest preparation. We also train those who just want to be in shape and healthy.  We have had gyms in the past and are in the process of opening up a new one.  We also own a nutrition store.  I write for Fitness Rx online Magazine.  I have a blog called Fit Mom.
