I found yoga in 1998 as a complement to my martial arts training.  Since then, I’ve found the practice to be one of discovery and joy, and am passionate about sharing the healing power of yoga to help people feel good and find ease and joy in their own lives.

My classes blend backgrounds in Vinyasa yoga and Kripalu yoga – sometimes referred to as the yoga of compassion – to create lighthearted, open and flowing practices that help students gently strengthen, lengthen, relax and renew.

I’ve also been an avid indoor cyclist since 1996, and a Spinning instructor since 2007.  My cycling classes are energetic strength and interval rides with music that changes each session.  From time to time I get “fuse” my love of Spinning and yoga in a class I teach called “Cycle-Yoga Fusion,” combining 30 minutes of Spinning with 30 minutes of flow yoga.

I’m also a graphic designer, wife and mom, residing in State College, PA, with my husband Dave, six-year-old son, a happy Yellow Lab and one very large Orange Tabby Cat.
