I am an ACE certified personal trainer as well as a yoga, pilates, belly dance, spinning and group fit instructor. I have been working in the industry for over 10 years in gyms, yoga and dance studios. I have also been a guest presenter at the Northwest Fitness Forum in 2010 and 2011. My classes are designed to help the client gain a deeper sense of body awareness with a strong focus on alignment. I strive to keep the classes fun while still delivering results. Catering to a broad range of clients, I try to make my classes accessible yet challenging to all fitness levels.
