I live in MN had a love of sports and fitness since I was a child. In high school, I became a member of the YMCA and participated in open gym, raquetball, group fitness classes, and regularly used the fitness machines/weights. While progressing at the YMCA, I had the energy and fervor to participate in extra-curricular activities like basketball, tennis, cross-country running, & track and field at school.
Many years ago I took a cardio kickboxing group fitness class and discovered my true calling. I immediately fell in love with group fitness and decided to teach classes. I started my career as a group fitness instructor in January 2007. I am now certified to teach Cardio Kickboxing, Boot Camp, BodyPump, Yoga, Core Conditioning, Tabata, R.I.P.P.E.D., and HIIT. I'm always striving to reach and inspire others in fitness.
In 2013-2017, I was the owner of Roseville Moms On The Run. It's a fitness program for women that focuses on interval training to increase cardiovascular fitness levels and maximize metabolism benefits. I was able to encourage women of all levels of fitness through FITNESS, FUN, & FRIENDSHIP
I currently live in Roseville, MN with my husband Ben and our 5 year old son. We enjoy spending time with friends and family, going on adventures and doing anything active!
