Michael Schaaf

My name is Michael Schaaf and I have been teaching tennis professional since 1995 at The Club at Chesterfield which is located in Chesterfield, MO. In 2006, I was asked to come on board as the Assistant Tennis Director at Meadowbrook Country Club to help develop a tennis program as well as start a Quick Start and Cardio program for the memebers. In the last four years, Meadowbrook Country Club's tennis program has become the largest program the country club has to offer. In 2007, I was asked to represt Wilson Advisory Staff and since then I  am sponsored by Wilson as well as represent their product. Some accomplishments that I have earned throughout my tennis career are as follows:   Four year UMSL (University of Missouri-St. Louis) tennis player, number one doubles team all four years, played number one, two and three singles all four years, GLVC (Great Lakes Valley Conference) freshman of the year, two time all conference for GLVC, one time Division II national qualifier (team).In additon, last July I had the opportunity to participate in a program similar to Fitbodies', and teach for a week at Breezes Runaway Bay Resort, Runaway Baym Jamaica. It was a great opportunity that I feel will help give me an idea of the clinics and programs I will be instructing while teaching at Couples Swept Away-Negril.
