Lisa Simmons

Hi, my name is Lisa. After getting out of the Army, I moved to Georgia and joined a gym. I took a few classes and was approached by the director about teaching. I didn't want to at first but decided "why not". I got certified and started to teach and absolutely loved it. To see the enjoyment in participants faces and being able to help them get in better shape and have fun was such a blessing. I have been teaching for 14 years. During that time I started Personal Training and I am able to meet and help so many interesting people. It is such a blessing to get paid for doing something you enjoy and getting to work out myself at the same time.
