TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:

My goal is to educate on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle by implementing a daily exercise routine to help increase longevity.

It’s also imperative to teach clients how to focus on endurance and discipline.  I believe that I can cover all aspects of body toning, proper weight lifting, conditioning, weightless workout routine and comprehensive body workout for a healthier, balanced life.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Certified with ACIM and Baylor as (PFIT) Certified Personal Trainer

Group Fitness Instructor: Kick Box, Pilates, Body Pump, Cycling, Body Sculpt

CPR/First Aid Certification

 

 

Health and Fitness Experience:

I currently teach a variety of exercise classes and perform personal training.  Resistance training is very important in achieving and maintaining a great physique.  I weight train in a variety of capacities. I continually modify my workouts to keep my body guessing and to avoid hitting an undesirable plateau.

 

My goal is to improve each member’s quality of life.
