Molly first encountered yoga a decade ago in Washington, D.C. as a way to relax in the face of working full-time and attending college at night. Noticing improved sleep patterns and flexibility, Molly also found yoga helped combat symptoms of an auto-immune disease and depression.
Molly holds two yoga teacher training certifications from CorePower Yoga in Denver, Colorado: 200-hour Hot Yoga (2006) and Power Yoga Intensive (2011). She has taught yoga in Colorado, Indiana and New York. Knowing the immense benefits of yoga, she truly enjoys sharing yoga with her students and witnessing how transformative it can be in their lives. A graduate of the baking and pastry program at The Culinary Institute of America, she also truly enjoys dessert.
Molly is grateful to those who have mentored and supported her yoga journey, especially her students, whom she endeavors to deserve.
