Lucy Thrasher

Lucy Thrasher:   gym owner, personal trainer and NPC National level women’s figure competitor and power lifting competitor.

 As a trainer, with 15 years experience, Lucy has trained people from all walks of life with every challenge imaginable; wheelchair bound, senior citizens, house wives to the serious competitive athlete.  Lucy is an alumni of the University of Kentucky and the United States Sports Academy, “America’s graduate school of sports”. She is certified by the American Fitness Professionals Association and the American College of Sports Medicine.

Competing in the NPC is no small venture. Starting at 38 years old Lucy gained “national level” status in her first year and has competed nationally in Pittsburgh and Charleston. Lucy has over 21 wins and places and at 42 won the Southern Classic in Jackson, Mississippi. She also competed at a WNPF Power lifting meet in Atlanta and broke both the State and National records  for her class.

Crossfit Certified in 2011, LT’s Primal is officially a CROSSFIT ELITE facility, using functional movements, constantly varied, extreme intensity. Bootcamps are also held on and off the property
