Carol Brinks

I am a school teacher by day and a Spinning teacher by night.  I enjoy teaching children and adults.  I have been a teacher for more than 20 years.  Throughout the past 20 years, I have been an avid cyclist.  I decided to pursue my love of teaching and become a Spinning instructor.  I motivate adult and children to meet their goals through positive reinforcement.  I am also a group Intensati instructor.
