Fitness is a huge part of my life and I love sharing my excercise, good eating habits and positive energy with everyone! I think group resort fitness is the best because it is a huge way to let people on vacation to help relieve stress and excersise their minds and bodies in a positive, no pressure way. Its a fun and easy way to keep your body and mind healthy while still having a relaxed atmosphere with strong and progressive attitude.
