Jessica Schwartz

I have a great passion for the health and wellness industry.  I went to school to get my degree in sports and fitness so that I could enter this industry with a strong foundation of knowledge.  Since graduating, I have worked in the wellness industry in several different areas.  I have worked with kids, adults and seniors.  I have worked in with groups and individuals.  I have continued to learn and grow in this industry by continuing my education.  I have a variety of Yoga certifications as I have found this is my favorite class to teach.  I love how Yoga enhances the mind, body and spirit.  It is a great way to spread wellness to other people.
