I am a personal trainer who has a proven track record and can be inspiring and motivating beyond traditional communications techniques. I inspire my private clients by my own example and I do what I preach. I train two hours on weekdays and three to five on weekends competing in triathlons and long distance running.  

My philosophy is that cardiovascular conditioning is a foundation of the physical fitness and I have strong experience helping inactive and active clients to get cardiovascularly and physically fit. In addition, I have developed unconventional training methods to prevent loss of fitness with age.



I have experience as a self-employed personal trainer, but would prefer to work in a facility. I believe my experience, my AFAA certification, and my achievements in competitive sports will make me successful as a personal trainer. I have always liked helping others enjoy exercise as I do. I am committed to working as a fitness trainer, and will be a mature, dependable and take great pride in my performance as a professional.
