Elizabeth's mental attitude toward personal fitness is an attitude and way of life, rather than simply an activity of just exercise. Her amazing stamina and drive toward a goal of excellent, total-body fitness is an inspiration and model for others who share an interest in healthy living and commitment to their physical health and mental awareness. Elizabeth's years of experience and assistance in local aerobics training classes allow her to bring an advanced degree of understanding and comprehension to the individuals she comes in contact with in the training classroom/gym setting. Elizabeth also promotes safe approach to exercise, determining the needs and limitations of individuals entering into a personal exercise program; and is certified through the American Red Cross in CPR, as well as First Aid.
