My fitness interests started at a young age. I was a competitive swimmer that went on to swim in college. After college, I began coaching a local swim team and teaching private technique lessons to kids of all ages.
After having children, I began a growing interest in Group Fitness especially step aerobics. That took off into teaching and being certified in step, kickboxing, cycle, and abs/core classes.
I have also now become a personal trainer. I have several clients and enjoy working with all age groups.
