Ashley Michael

Ashley studied Group Fitness Instruction at Seneca College and graduated with a Certificate in Fitness Instruction in 2005. She then obtained Certification from Can-Fit-Pro. Ashley has provided personal training for Mayfair Clubs, and the City of Barrie. She also obtained her WaterArt Certification for Aqua Fit and has taught Aqua Fit classes for the City of Barrie.
