Stephanie Contardi

I have been active for as long as I can remember, doing everything from gymnatics to skating, competing in track, playing REP soccer, and training in classical ballet, jazz and hip hop for more than 15 years.

After high school, I attended the University of Toronto and received my HBA in Economics. Throughout my university education, I remained fit through Bikram yoga, Spinning classes and weekly weight training sessions. 

In May 2010, my sister recommended I attend a Zumba class, knowing my love for latin dance and music. As a lover of dance, fitness and music, Zumba was the perfect fit for me when it came to staying in shape and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

After falling in love with the workout, I decided to become an instructor in January of 2011. Once I became licensed in the workout, I continued to gain fitness knowledge and experience not only with Zumba-related programs but other fitness programs, trying my hand at Pilates, bootcamps and pole dancing. I am now on a quest to learn as much as I possibly can about the body, about nutrition, and about being healthy in mind, body & spirit.

Travel tops my list of interests, just beneath fitness, making Fit Bodies Inc a lethal combination for someone like me!
