Victoria Rexrode-White

Victoria Rexrode-White completed her yoga training in 2007 with her roots in the Ashtanga-Vinyasa style, which synchronizes breathing with physical postures to create overall balanced mental, emotional, and physical wellness.  She owned and operated a Yoga & Wellness center from 2008-2011.  Victoria has taught yoga classes for many different ages and abilities; some examples include PreNatal and PostNatal Yoga, Chair Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Beginner's Yoga, Power Yoga, Hot Power Yoga, Couples and Partner Yoga, Children's Yoga, Gentle/Restorative Yoga, Aqua Yoga, and Mixed-level classes as well as private sessions. 

She draws on her years serving as a certified Zumba Instructor and her past experience performing Latin ballroom dancing to create Latin dance fitness classes that are fun, motivating, and challenging.  She has taught these classes to children and adults. 

With her active lifestyle and enthusiasm for fitness, she also teaches a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and basic calisthenics: Yogalates.  This class focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, breathing, and concentration for an overall mind-body experienced workout.  She also enjoys various aquatic fitness activities.  

Her classes are full of professional insight, while being down-to-earth, and often humorous.
