After graduating from Northern Illinoise University I began to work in the corporate fitness industry which I have held the positions of fitness instructor, fitness specialist, assistant fitness manager and fitness manager.  During all those positions one of my duties was to teach group exercise classes.

I have been teaching group exercise since 1993.  I currently teach 6 group exercise classes a week:  Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills Body step, Powder Blue productions Piyo, Pilates, Boot camp and TRX.  I personal train 4 clients on a weekly basis.

I enjoy being active by riding my bike, walking and inline skating.
