Nicole Palacios is a certified group fitness leader and personal trainer in Vancouver, Canada.
She finished her exercise science degree magna cum laude, and has continued to teach group fitness to a variety of participants, ranging in age from 15-70 years.
Nicole has taken a multitude of fitness courses and attended seminars to stay on top of fitness trends.
