When I have a group of students in front of me, my love for yoga shines through in my teaching. It is such a pleasure to be around people who are seeking something new or delving deeper into their existing practice. I encourage students to listen to their bodies and tune in to their breath as to bring a sense of ease and lightness to their being. There are always some smiles and laughter brought into class to make it enjoyable and playful. In my classes, students will increase their strength and gain flexibility as they are guided through the asanas with a strong focus on alignment. To aid in creating a mind-body awareness, students will have the opportunity to experience pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
