Rhema Flowers

Rhema has been practicing yoga for 5 years having been a past graduate and a co-facilitator of Addicted To Yoga’s Teacher Training program. She is devoted to her practice and began practicing as a way to cope with the stresses of her work and life as a single mom. When she saw the positive results in her own life, she quickly developed an affinity for and a passion around yoga, healthy eating and natural healing.  She decided to teach as a way of sharing her knowledge, love and passion for the practice and to touch others lives in a positive way.

“My quality of life, health, perspective and attitude increased tremendously since I began practicing. I see so many others out there who can benefit from the fruits yoga has to offer. Yoga strengths you so you can go out and deal with the pressures of life without caving in. It helps you re-prioritize and re-focus on the important not the urgent. I like making a difference in the lives of others by sharing my practice and my knowledge on what a healthy lifestyle can do for you. That’s worth dedicating my life to.”

Rhema’s intention is to create a nurturing and safe environment while providing quality, challenging instruction for her students. Her compassionate style encourages, honors and celebrates the discovery of each person's uniqueness. Apart from teaching yoga, Rhema runs a successful consulting business for healthy living and lives in Corona with her two children, Melyssa 19 and Christopher, 14.
