I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I started practicing yoga when I wanted to find an exercise routine that fit all of my needs in one place for heath, physical and mental growth. I have practices many different types of yoga, but found my match with Vinyasa. Becoming a yoga teacher has been one of the most rewarding of my life, and affirmed every time I teach a class. My journey into motherhood has also opened my eyes to the importance of a yoga practice in people of all ages. I consistently teach my own children and have many clients that are under the age of 5. Being able to share a practice that encompasses so many different aspects of “being healthy” is truly a blessing.
