Sebastien Tremblay

I am a 24 year old bilingual (French and English) male who enjoys leisure activities. I believe this opportunity will allow me to expand my career as a personal trainer and enable me to also have fun while travelling. This experience would help me to strengthen my abilities to deal with different clientele. I am a highly determined individual who strives to maintain a physically active lifestyle. I am also highly results oriented which makes this career perfect for me; I enjoy seeing others reach their goals and it brings me satisfaction to get them those results.

As a Personal Trainer, I have a lot of experience due to my highly athletic background. I played hockey and soccer at an advanced level until I was 14 years of age. At 14, I had to decide between hockey and soccer and I decided to focus on hockey. In 2003, I was drafted by the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) but I always wanted a scholarship to go to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) so I decided to play Tier II Junior "A" hockey for the Cumberland Grads in the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL). I ended up playing for four years from 2004-2008 with no scholarships but a whole lot of great athletic experiences that I will always have with me in my day-to-day life. With my intense hockey experience, I feel I'm able to cater to a great deal of different styles of training for my clients; from anything anaerobic, aerobic, speed, power, agility, quickness.
