I have been active my entire adult life. I have been running for over 30 years and have completed several races including 3 NYC Marathons.

As I grew older, I realized that I needed to alter my exercise regimen to include activities in addition to running to create a more balanced body.

I added Spinning for Cardio and TRX, Kettlebells and Weight Training for muscle tone. I have found that teaching classes pushes me to improve my abilities-especially Boot Camp classes.

I love the interaction and thoroughly enjoy helping others improve not only their fitness levels but also their quality of life. I understand the special needs of the active older adult and am able to gently push them to improve their fitness without causing injury.
