I have been personal training with the YMCA, Snap Fitness, and other organizations for 4 years. Before that, I also worked for 3 years as a Varsity Soccer Coach for high school girls and a Varsity Track and Field Coach for high school girls and boys. I concurrently worked as a lifeguard at the YMCA and as Fitness instructor, providing individualized coaching to YMCA members through our "12-week program". Prior to that, I was an NCAA All-American in track and field in 2003 and I participated in 4 years of NCAA varsity soccer at Calvin College. Safety is a top priority for me when instructing others. I enjoy all kinds of exercise and sport related activity and like to make it fun and challenging for my clients.
