Mandy Grant

I provide CECs for various yoga workshops. I and a E-RYT 500 hour certified yoga teacher. I am well know in the area and am an ambassador for lululemon. I am highly energetic, yet compassionate. I am enthusiastic and very professional. My I haev a good eye for what is needed in each class. My classes are creative and offer excellent instruction. Health and fitness is a huge part of my life. I have a very strong personal yoga and Pilates practice and I am in excellent shape.
