Sharon is an International Fitness Instructor with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals and embrace a healthier lifestyle. With over 10 years of experience, she has cultivated a dynamic and engaging teaching style that blends HIIT training, Pilates with Barre apparatus, and Latin dance-inspired movement to create workouts that are both challenging and energizing.

Beyond fitness, Sharon is a certified pre-diabetes lifestyle coach, specializing in Whole Food Plant-Based eating. She offers VIP coaching for those looking to transition to a vegan lifestyle, providing expert guidance and practical tools to make sustainable, health-conscious choices.

When she’s not leading in-person or virtual classes, Sharon finds joy in dancing and immersing herself in music, which inspires the same energy she brings to her sessions. Whether online or in the studio, she is committed to motivating and empowering her clients to move with confidence and live fully.
