I became certified in group exercise through AFAA in 1999. I have taught various classes on land and in the water ever since. I have worked part-time in the fitness industry as well as full-time. I LOVE exercise, its benefits, and the people that I get to know through it. I have had various certifications through the years including AFAA, YMCA, ACE (personal trainer), and now IFTA. I have taught all kinds of classes, from kickboxing, beginner-advanced step, high-impact and low-impact floor aerobics, aerobics for those looking to lose more than 20+ pounds, Bosu, bootcamp, dance aerobics, water aerobics (beginner-advanced), sculpting/toning, and more. I am currently teaching pilates as well.
