Training Philosophy:I believe what you put in is what you get. Give me 100%, and I will give you the results you deserve. I will give you the information and motivation to achieve your fitness goals. It is up to you to accept my challenge. If you can commit to me and believe in yourself, I will take you to the next level. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet or a quick fix. It will not happen overnight. It is going to take hard work and dedication, but you can and will succeed. I want to push you to that next level, over and over, until we get the goal, the body the healthy life you desire.

Area of specialty:Functional and Endurance training style. Individual and small group training are the best ways to receive individualized training and maximize your results. My sessions include traditional weights, kettle bells, advanced bodyweight work, challenging stability and core training, along with lots of unexpected surprises. Session after session, I shake things up and force your body to adapt.

Melissa’s story:Up until about 10 years ago I was always referred to as “big boned” or the “chubby kid”. I went through my own set of personal struggles with an unhealthy lifestyle for a little over a year, so I know it is not always easy. One day I decided to get a hold of my life and feel healthy again, but doing it the right way this time. From that point on I completely changed my eating habits as well as my lifestyle. In understanding that this was a lifestyle change, I realized it was a change that I would like to help others with. This change has made such a positive difference in my life and I know how much of an impact it can make for others. My passion is to share what my journey has taught me to improve the lives of my clients. They journey to a strong, healthy self can be long and difficult. I want to help as many people along their journey as possible.

I have been in the fitness industry for the past 7 years, starting with “Bootcamp” classes before they became popular. I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I enjoy educating myself with anything I can possibly learn about fitness as well as keeping up with all of the new training techniques. I want to share my passion for fitness with you.
