I have been a fitness enthusiast for many years. I am a certified personal trainer. I like the HIIT the most. It allows people get a great workout in half the time. Weights and cardio combined all in one is a great way to get the non-exercise enthusiast hooked on working out. I spend time educating my clients on proper nutrition. Letting them know that what they eat is as important as the exercise program they choose. Most newcomers to the fitness world will not be overwhelmed by the HIIT workouts. Fitness is a hugh part of my life and I live to share it with others.
