Lucy Rubley

I have been a certified instructor in aquatics for 20 years teaching both land and on deck at the Michigan Athletic Club.

My certifications include:  personal training and sports rehab; arthritis; group and one-on-one fitness workouts; tai-chi; pilates; yoga.

Currently my speicalty is mind/body connection.

I also represented Aquatics and was awarded the Service Excellence Award for Sparrow Hospital in tandem with my leadership role as Aquatics Instructor for 20 years at the MAC.

Recently my husband and I moved to Sarasota, florida area.  It is beautiful and a wonderful place to keep busy!
