I started my career first in sports medicine. I worked for the highly competitive NCAA division I basketball team at Temple university and provided coverage for a semi-pro soccer team. I moved to NYC where I then worked as a personal trainer/exercise physiologist for an elite studio where I trained a variety of clientele from high school athletes, fitness enthusiasts, to triathletes and Olympic athletes. I made the switch to working in public and community health to make a bigger impact on the healthbofnour communities. I started working at the largest NYC YMCA as a fitness director while I continued to teach classes and personal train in the city on the side. I launched class formats in trx, kettlebells, and Pilates chair group classes. I am currently helping in the launch of les mills body pump and a tabata boot camp. While my full time job is now more supervisory and directing, my passions lie in teaching and I continue to teach a limited amount of fun, engaging and challenging classes in the city.
