My name is Jason im a New York Sports club Master Trainer i teach 3 Bootcamp classes a week. I was the creator of NYSCs "A Cut Above" a small group high intensity training system, used to introduce bootcamp and cross fit style training to the general public and push them to their limits. I have been in the NYSC top 100 for 6 months now.
