My Yoga journey began has a student in 2002, yoga helped bring my body and mind back into balance after the birth of my second child. I believe through a steady, mindful practice you can resolve your fears, anxiety and find inner peace. I am an enthusiastic and inspired teacher of vinyasa flow yoga. My true desire is to help studemts express their potential by feeling the poses rather than forcing their bodies. I recieved my 200hr teacher training through Prairie Yoga Teacher Training. I am currently looking for a 500hr training.
