Irina Pyat

I grew up in Russian Federation, Caucasus region. Since early ages I was interested in holistic medicine and anatomy. I was actively practicing gymnastics and ballet; participating in aerobics competitions and in my university years was responsible for dance and aerobic team. When I was 20 years old I moved to New York, where I studied business and economics. Currently I am enrolled in MA program in International Affairs. In between schools I decided to continue my educations in the field of movement and body anatomy. I took 200 hrs yoga teacher training course in NY. After, I did certificate program in Kundalini Yoga and Thai massage. Besides, I travel to Latin America where I had a chance to teach classes in Yoga Retreats. Overall, I am teaching vinyasa style yoga classes in NY state area for almost 2 years. Moreover, I practice yoga regularly and I try to visit various yoga retreats to learn more and extend my understanding and recognition of new techniques through actual practice. My goal in life is to find the real truth and balance within internal and external world through self-exploration and self-dedication.
