I have been practicing different types of yoga for over 20 years. I teach Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) now because I have felt felt its powerful effect on myslef and see its immediate healing effect on my students of different ages.  Upon being awarded a Yoga Teaching Certification from UCSD, I continued my yoga journey to India.  Living in an ashram, in Himalayan Mountains, I studied Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with some of the best Kundalini masters. I currently teach Kundalini Yoga at University of California, San Deigo, and other locations.
