• My name is Regina Szczesniak

I have been a fitness professional since 2006 .. and have enjoyed every minute thus far.

I had started out going  to college from high school  with a passion and dreams of working in fitness.... yet life's detours led me in another direction.

Though temporary .. I  enjoyed my carre as a  Horticulturist .. loving my owrk with  plants and flowers and gardens as much as I love to work with people.

After a devastating fire in 2006 .. i was faced with the challenge of starting a new career. house and life.

this was the open dorr to finally follow my dream. :-)

It is the gym which provided the basis of stability for me.. following the instructor. having fun.. relieving stress and feeling good.

That was the spark that has led me on this wonderful journey to learn and also to educate.

I have studied and am ceritfied in all aspects of fitness. for fulll body.

Flexibility. resisiatnace and Cardio

I love what i do to help others both in a group setting as well as indiviidual one on one sesisons.

I wish I could alwyas be the one to put a smile on someones face as they realize the benefits fitness has in their lives. each and every  day !
