I began teaching group exercise over 10 years ago when I was getting my undergraduate degree at Penn State.  I attended one of my many frequented classes and the instructor asked me afterwards if I was interested in teaching.  Although I hadn't given it much thought, I agreed to give it a try.  After a few classes, I was hooked.  I went on to get multiple certifications and teach all types of GX over the past 10 years.  I wouldn't be able to maintain balance in life without it.  My favorite formats to teach right now are kickboxing, dance, weight lifting / boot camp and cycling.
