My name is Nicole Beard and am currently employed through 24 Hour Fitness in Washington State. I have been employed with 24 hour fitness for almost 2 years now. Before that I was working for the YMCA.

I am half hispanic and half caucasian and am bilingual in both Spanish and English. I am both a Personal Trainer and a Group X instructor, also referred to as a "hybrid". I currently work out of 3 different 24 hour fitness clubs in the Seattle Metropolitan Area. I teach 9 to 10 classes a week.

Although I am trained in a wide variety of gx classes, I currently teach BODYPUMP(all barbell) , Cardio Interval Class(combination of weights and cardio) , Bootcamp (cardio drills and bodyweight exercises), Cycle and Silver Sneakers (senior citizen class - using flex bands,low weight, and small ball - participant can sit or stand). I LOVE my job both as a Personal Trainer and a Group X instructor. FItness is my passion. My first love is Group X instruction. I love getting to know people and in helping them reach their goals.

As a Personal Trainer, I have about 19 clients, ages ranging from mid 20's to early 60's. I work with these individuals in reaching their goals. In doing so, I design and implement individualized programs to fit my clients goals.  I assist in enhancing endurance, strength, core, flexibility and balance. I also advise of proper nutrition and supplements, I also am able to calculate body fat and track measurements on an individual basis.

MY JOB IS TO MOTIVATE EDUCATE AND INSPIRE!
