I have always been a bit of a health nut in my adult years, having struggled with my weight as a teenager.  I am married and have one son about to graduate college and enter the military.  I had joined the Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center (PFWC) in October of 2003 as a member.  I was there so much that my husband suggested that I check into becoming and instructor.  By February of 2004, I was certified and teaching Ramping at PFWC.  I quickly rolled into being certified in more programs and having more on the schedule, such as Ramp Strong,  Balletone, Group Groove, Group Active, Zumba and Flirty Gril.  When PFWC switched over to Les Mills programming, I received the training to teach Body Vive (a complete body workout in cardio and strength) and Body Sh'Bam (a dance based workout).  I am 51 years old and enjoy a following of many women of my age who enjoy my cueing style and my energy.  My philosophy of "we're all in this together", encourages them to keep coming back to best themselves and stay fit.
