Meghan Covington, a former actor/dancer found her passion for movement at an early age. Her mother was a prenatal yoga instructor, so she cannot remember a time in which she did not practice yoga. Currently Meghan is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a personal trainer. She also obtained her RYT-200 hour Yoga Alliance certification through Yoga to the People in New York City. In addition Meghan has received fitness, dance, and movement training from, Yogafit Training Systems, Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond Dance Center, West End Academy of Dance, and Synetic Theater. She has experience training men, women, and children of all fitness levels both one on one and in classroom settings. She has had great success working with weight loss for women, especially for new moms and brides. Outside of working one on one with clients she has taught yoga at Yoga to the People NYC and Prema Yoga in Brooklyn.
