I am originally from Belfast. I have been working in the fitness industry for the past five years. I have previously worked as a studio manager, freelance instructor and personal trainer. I have previously been employed by Universal Studios as a group fitness and 1:1 personal trainer for their actors starring in the movie 'Your Highness'.
