Hola!

Yoga has opened my eyes to a whole new world. It has been a personal journey of really getting to know whom I am, learning to let go, and bringing awareness and compassion towards my body, and to all beings around me. I first came to yoga as a means to stretching on my day off from the gym and to help lengthen tight muscles after a long run; but later I found that yoga fulfilled not only my body's physical activity demands, it has helped to heal my body, de-stress and grow spiritually as well.The teachers who have helped me to transform my life are: Katie McClelland and the teaching staff at DeLaSol Yoga studios have guided me throughout my journey.I teach Vinyasa or Flow style of yoga which links breath with movements – the practice becomes a moving meditation as we flow from one posture to the next.  I have more recently discovered Yoga Tune Up and its special body therapy techniques and tension relief exercises which help to provide even further stress relief from over used, underused, misused and abused body movements. My classes are challenging, creative and fun with a flux of education and anatomy which help to guide the student deeper both on and off the mat as well as deeper within themselves.
